Kerala 5 Nights / 6 Days Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Kochi

Arrive at Cochin International Airport / Railway Station.

Transfer to hotel/resort and check-in.

Evening: Explore Fort Kochi – Chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church, and local markets.

Optional: Kathakali dance performance in the evening.

Overnight stay in Kochi.

Day 2 – Kochi to Munnar

Breakfast at the hotel.

Drive to Munnar (approx. 4–5 hours).

En-route visit Cheeyappara & Valara Waterfalls.

Evening: Leisure time or stroll through tea plantations.

Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3 – Munnar Sightseeing

Day 4 – Munnar to Thekkady / Periyar

Drive to Thekkady / Periyar (approx. 3–4 hours).

Overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 5 – Thekkady to Alleppey (Backwaters)

Travel to and from Kerala is not included unless specifically mentioned.

Monument / Park / Attraction Entry Fees:
Any ticket fees, camera charges, or guide services at monuments, national parks, or other attractions are extra.

Meals & Beverages:
Lunches, dinners, or special dietary meals (except those specified in the itinerary) are not included.

Personal Expenses:
Expenses like laundry, telephone bills, tips, souvenirs, or shopping are not covered.

Travel Insurance:
Any medical, accident, or trip cancellation insurance is not included.

Optional Activities:
Adventure sports, boat rides, spa treatments, or other optional experiences are at the traveler’s own cost.

Any Services Not Mentioned in the Itinerary:
Anything not explicitly included in the package itinerary or inclusions list will be considered extra.

Cancellation Policy

Kerala Tour Package – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to make cancellations as transparent as possible. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your Kerala tour package with Antique Vacations.

1. Cancellation by Traveler

If you wish to cancel your Kerala tour package, please notify us in writing. The following charges apply based on the cancellation date:

Note: Charges for flights, trains, or special permits are non-refundable once booked.

2. Cancellation by Antique Vacations

In exceptional cases, Antique Vacations may need to cancel the Kerala tour due to:

Natural calamities, extreme weather, or floods

Political unrest or strikes

Transport/airline cancellations beyond our control

In such cases, we will:

Offer an alternative travel date or similar package, or

Refund the amount paid after deducting non-recoverable costs (like hotels or transport reservations).

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used at booking.

Processing typically takes 10–15 business days.

Any service charges, taxes, or transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 15 days prior to departure.

Additional costs due to date or itinerary changes are the traveler’s responsibility.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and partner approval.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation will be given for cancellations due to events beyond control, such as:

Floods, cyclones, or other natural disasters

War, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Activity Requirements

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth travel experience, travelers must meet the following requirements for certain activities included in the tour:

Fitness & Health:

Travelers should have a reasonable level of fitness for walking, trekking, or other physical activities.

Those with medical conditions (heart issues, respiratory problems, or mobility restrictions) should consult their doctor before participation.

Age Restrictions:

Some adventure or water-based activities may have minimum or maximum age limits.

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

Travel Documents & Permits:

Valid identification (Aadhar card, passport, or government-approved ID) is required.

Special permits may be needed for restricted areas (like Ladakh or Andaman islands).

Clothing & Gear:

Appropriate clothing, footwear, and personal gear (raincoats, trekking shoes, swimwear, etc.) must be carried based on the activity.

Safety equipment will be provided by licensed operators where required.

Behavior & Compliance:

Travelers must follow instructions from guides, operators, and safety personnel.

Reckless or non-compliant behavior may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.

Pre-booking / Advance Notice:

Certain activities (like houseboat rides, river rafting, or wildlife safaris) require prior booking and confirmation.
